إيجاز صحفي 

رفعاً لكل لبس و نظراً للشائعات حول مكان احتجاز و ظروف اعتقال يب ولد الغوث ترفع اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان إلى علم الراي العام أنها قامت بزيارة المعني في إطار مهمة مشتركة مع مكتب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان التابعة للأمم المتحدة بتاريخ 2023/10/03.وقد صرح المعني بأن ظروفه جيدة منذ توقيفه و تسليمه للشرطة الموريتاتية التى عاملته معاملة حسنة خلال نقله إلى مكان الاحتجاز.

إن المسطرة القضائية التي اتخذت بحقه سليمة حيث وجهت له النيابة الإتهام وأحالته إلى قاضي التحقيق الذى أودعه السجن لغرض التحقيق.
 يوجد المعنى في السجن المدني وظروفه جيدة كما عاينتها اللجنة،
كما صرح للجنة بأنه لا يشكو من مشاكل صحية.

و صرح كذلك بأنه لا يتوفر على محام و لم يتم التواصل بينه وأسرته و هو ما ستعمل اللجنة على توفيره.
